Our services are delivered via direct consultations, including meetings and calls. Ongoing support and product updates are provided regularly as part of the service agreement.

• Refunds are only available if you cancel the service within the first 2 days of signing the agreement.
• After this period, we operate a no-refund policy for work carried out.
• We will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.

• The AI solutions we develop remain our exclusive intellectual property.
• Any data provided by the client for training the AI solutions remains the sole property of the client.
  • Clients must ensure that sensitive or private data is not used for training purposes.
  • Clients are responsible for pointing out which data must not be included in the training process.
• Users must obtain explicit written permission to use, reproduce, or distribute any materials created by us outside the scope of the agreed services.

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Users misuse our AI solutions.
• Payments are not made as agreed.
• Users breach these Terms or other agreements.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from our AI solutions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.
